Friendly staff. Our check-in was handled by the manager Maria, who provided us with all the necessary information in advance and also found the opportunity to check us in before the official check-in time. Maria's responsiveness made it possible not to waste a single minute in this wonderful city so we are very grateful to her. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a metro station nearby from which you can reach the main attractions within 10-15 minutes. And for those who are not afraid of walking you can get there on foot getting to know the city. There is a cafe just up the street where you can have breakfast.

I loved how big the room was. The bathroom was also very comfortable. The hotel is really close to a bus stop so that is a bonus point. About two streets away there is a supermarket. In the room they gave us coffee in capsules and water. There is also a teapot electric heater, air conditioner and it's overall a great room.

We were really satisfied with the room it is really big and has a lot of space in it. Beds were very comfortable and we also had a tv. Location is great, we were 5 minutes from metro station and it takes around 15 minutes with it to the city center. Also there is a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area and small shopping mall also around the corner.

This is a very lovely place to stay, 5 mins to Re di Roma Metro station, from there max 15 min to the center, merto line is direct to Spanish stairs and Vaticano. Colosseum is in 25 min walk, city center with the sights is available with all the sights by taxi for about 15Euro. In the area many restaurant, gelatteria, pasticceria, groceries, etc.Accomodation is nice and clean, very helpful and friendly staff, very tecommended!

Room very comfortable (large comfy bed, storage space, air conditioning, TV). The location is very good (6 minutes ON FOOT to the Re di Roma metro, 29 minutes to the Colosseum, 2 minutes to the shop). Very good contact with the owner. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out.

Naomi (owner) was very helpful and tried her best to deal with a problem that happened during my stay. My room (S) was the smallest one but I don't think that it was too tiny for two guests, like many others suggested. I didn't hear any noises from the street but the walls between rooms weren't too thick so it's important to be quiet after night time :)

The location is perfect. Away from most busy (tourist) places, but just a 20min walk to the colloseum. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants in the area with good food. Definetely recommend.

The location was really good. It was near to metro station so you could get wherever you want. It was super clean and the personnel was amazing. I needed an invoice for my company and all process was super easy. Such a helpful hosts!
